Sparkling wine with a good body, characterized by a fresh and fruity sensory profile with hints of raspberry and wild berries, touches of stone and gypsum minerals, and scent of yeast and fresh bread.

Thanks to its structure and freshness, it goes well with richly flavoured fish and white meat, with soft cheeses, cold cuts and young sausages as well as traditional Mediterranean dishes, soufflés and Aubergine Parmigiana or in any convivial occasions.
