Sparkling wine with a fine and strong bouquet, with hints of ripe fruit and citrus, a green touch of nettle and tomato leaf, and a sharp scent of yeast and bread crumbs.

Its strong character, due to the original mix of grape varieties from the wise land of Bordeaux, and the long aged period with the yeasts make it a versatile wine, which is important as an aperitif, but also with elaborated first courses and lighter fish or white meat main courses.

Grapes: 40% Sauvignon Blanc - Colombard 40% - 20% Chardonnay
